environmental risk
as defined in CRR, Article 4(1), point (52e) (Definitions)
the risk of any negative financial impact on an institution stemming from the current or prospective impact of environmental factors on that institution’s counterparties or invested assets, including factors related to the transition towards the objectives set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council (); environmental risk includes both physical risk and transition risk;
