a motor vehicle intended for the transport of goods or passengers with a maximum mass not exceeding 3,5 tonnes; if a certain light commercial vehicle is also sold in a version with a maximum mass above 3,5 tonnes, all versions of that vehicle are considered to be light commercial vehicles
