unregulated financial entity
as defined in CRR, Article 142(1), point (5) (Definitions)
any other entity that is not a regulated financial sector entity but performs, as its main business, one or more of the activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2013/36/EU or listed in Annex I to Directive 2004/39/EC;
