a mobile phone, which has the following characteristics: (a) it is characterised by wireless network connection, mobile use of internet services, an operating system optimised for handheld use and the ability to accept original and third-party software applications; (b) it has an integrated touch screen display with a viewable diagonal size of 10,16 centimetres (or 4,0 inches) or more, but less than 17,78 centimetres (or 7,0 inches); (c) where the device has a foldable display or has more than one display, at least one of the displays falls into the size range in either opened or closed mode.
